Umgehend vereinbart sie einen Termin bei ihrem Hausarzt. Auf dem Weg zu seiner Praxis f\u00fchlen sich ihr Nacken- und Schulterbereich hart und steif wie ein Brett an. Die Schmerzen strahlen in den ganzen R\u00fccken aus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"brz-bcp-color7 brz-tp-lg-paragraph brz-css-e1sDi\" data-uniq-id=\"iexup\" data-generated-css=\"brz-css-akces\"><span class=\"brz-cp-color7\">Ihr Arzt untersucht sie sorgf\u00e4ltig und kann doch nichts finden. Die R\u00f6ntgenbilder zeigen weder Knochenbr\u00fcche noch Gelenksverletzungen. Aufgrund der Schilderung des Auffahrunfalls vermutet er ein Schleudertrauma und empfiehlt Sybille die Craniosacral Therapie, weil mehrere seiner Patient*innen damit gute Erfahrungen gemacht h\u00e4tten. Zudem erw\u00e4hnt er eine neuere Studie, die die Wirkung von Craniosacral Therapie bei Menschen mit chronischen Nackenschmerzen belegt. Als sie sich in ihrem Schmerz zu verlieren droht, fordert die Therapeutin sie auf ein paar tiefere Atemz\u00fcge zu nehmen und ihre F\u00fcsse im Kontakt mit dem Boden zu sp\u00fcren. Zwischen diesen beiden Polen zirkuliert die Hirn- und R\u00fcckenmarksfl\u00fcssigkeit, auch Cerebrospinalfl\u00fcssigkeit genannt. Sie n\u00e4hrt, bewegt, belebt und sch\u00fctzt unser Gehirn und Nervensystem. Sie bietet mit dieser Ber\u00fchrung gleichzeitig Halt und Raum an, damit sich Sybilles System langsam wieder zu einem Gef\u00fchl von Sicherheit und Entspannung orientieren kann. In erster Linie gilt es, das System zu regulieren, damit der K\u00f6rper wieder ins Gleichgewicht findet. Sybille f\u00fchlt sich tats\u00e4chlich mit der Zeit ruhiger. Das teilt sie auch ihrer Therapeutin mit. Sie habe das Gef\u00fchl, als w\u00fcrde sie zerfliessen und sich zugleich in den Raum hinaus ausdehnen. Sie sp\u00fcre nicht mehr, wo genau die H\u00e4nde der Therapeutin beginnen und ihre eigene Haut endet. Das ist typisch f\u00fcr die Methode.
